Dear Sir/Madam, I have been visiting Paris for the past 14 years at list once a year and some years twice a year. I always been staying at the Richmond Opera Hotel for one reason only...the service and the personal attention that I am getting from the front desk stuff Marie-France, Danielle , and Olga...There are many good hotels in Paris, but I am not so sure about such a great front desk stuff...so as long as they are there, I will be coming to your hotel again & again... Richmond is superbly located in the heart of Paris , confy and stylish the staff are very friendly and professional their attitude makes you feel at home in Paris which is the cause i am repeatedly coming back since 35 years. furthermore the hotel is a great value for the money spend. highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in a short distance from the shopping area and it has good connections to metro and bus lines. The hotel rooms are tidy and big enough.

This was an enjoyable stay with friendly staff. My room was large in comparison to other hotels I have stayed in while on previous visits to Paris. I will certainly return to the Hotel Richmond Opera to enjoy the character, comfort and the good value.

El servicio fue de lo mejor. Incluso tuve el error de dejar un pequeño bolso en mi habitacion luego del checkout (fue un día sabado el checkout), luego fui a londres por el fin de semana y volvi a paris el día lunes al mismo hotel a alojar y en mi nueva habitacion estaba mi bolso esperandome. Me gustó la preocupación!

J'ai bien aimé l'apparence élégante de l'hôtel. La chambre (double) était très spacieuse et belle. L'hôtel était calme, pourtant bien situé à quelques pas de l'Opéra Garnier. Le service amical. Le petit-déjeuner assez copieux.

Ein altes, aber sehr schönes Hotel in bester Citylage. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber,ebenso das Badezimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert!

This hotel has been my favourite hotel in Paris since 30 years ago and I do not need at all to make any comments on this hotel. After several years absence from the hotel, I booked for the first time on their new Web booking and now BOOKASSIST.COM charged to my credit card EUR 4.38 seperate from my payment of EUR 141.62 to the hotel. What this EUR 4.38 for? Norikazu Iwamoto

Excellent location in Paris. Room facilities fine. Staff were all friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Our only suggestion for improvement concerns 'climate control' of the room. Even with the heater turned off we found the room too warm especially overnight when the temperature outside was zero. We overcame this problem by opening a window.

The room was enough big for three persons, especially the bathroom. The situation is very good. It is easy to come and go. The braekfast was fairly usual, but it was enough. The personal was very kind.

This was a return visit to Hotel Richmond Opera which we find very comfortable, with pleasant and helpful staff. Its location is superb, with everything you wish for within easy walking distance, at a reasonable price.

I was delighted to see that they now have internet access. I stayed here on business, having previously stayed here 2 years earlier on vacation. The same staff still work in the hotel and still exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms clean and comfortable; easy reach of restaurants; supermarket; shops etc etc. Now making regular trips to Paris on business and have no intention on staying anywhere but here! Good value for money and a reliable hotel
